October - Jakers

We live just a few minutes away from a small pumpkin patch so we went a few times in October.  There wasn't much to it, but you did enjoy running around in the small hay maze and cackling like a crazy person.
They had a few animals in their petting zoo area.  This huge pig weighs over 600 pounds!

Your favorite, favorite, favorite part was the tractor ride.  You refused to sit on my lap, begging to sit on the hay bale instead.  Here you are anxiously waiting for the ride to start.  For days all I heard about was "tractor ride? tractor ride?"

They also had a corn pit to play in that was about a foot deep in corn kernels.  You were hesitant at first but it didn't take you long to decide it was fun.

Here you told me you were swimming.

Burying your legs in the corn.
You loved climbing up the haystacks to the tube slides.  After I showed you some tips the first time, you could do it by yourself over and over while I just watched.  There was a dad at the top of the haystacks helping his 3-4 year old climb up that kept hovering by you saying, "do you need help?" and you would say "nope!" and clamor up past him.
